MAURICE R. CHARITAT JR., M.D. JOINS CENTENNIAL MEDICAL CENTER STAFF
NASHVILLE, TN, August 14, 2003 – Centennial Medical Center is pleased to announce the addition of Maurice R. Charitat Jr., M.D., who is certified by the American Board of Anesthesia and Pain Medicine, to its medical staff.
Dr. Charitat received his medical degree from Louisiana State University in New Orleans, LA. He completed his internship in internal medicine and residency in both internal medicine and anesthesiology at Los Angeles County – University of Southern California. He also completed 6 months of a fellowship in pain management at Wake Forest University Bowman Gray School of Medicine.
Dr. Charitat joins Neurological Associates at 1916 Patterson Street, Suite 101, Nashville, TN 37203.
